L'ultimo video caricato su Aden Films è "China's most sophisticated Fried Rice?". È il Riso Fritto di un famoso ristorante cinese con una Stelle Michelin. Prepara il riso fritto in un modo molto lontano dalla tradizione cinese. Non usa il Wok e il riso non è saltato ma si usa una spatola per mescolare e girare il riso. Praticamente è come lo faccio io e come vi ho già detto in un mio commento di pochi giorni fa. Questo mi fa molto piacere. Ma questo ristorante è CINESE e ha una STELLA MICHELIN. Questo ristorante non usa il WOK e non usa la PIASTRA ORIZZONTALE GIAPPONESE. Cosa voglio dire? Che non mi aspetterei che un famoso ristorante cinese con 1 stella michelin prepari il riso fritto con una tecnica molto banale... anche se è la tecnica che uso abitualmente per fare risotto all'italiana, come vi ho detto.
